Mathematical Formula & Calculation Method
ROI = [(Final Value - Initial Cost) / Initial Cost] × 100% | CAGR = [(Final / Initial)^(1/t) - 1] × 100%
Subtract initial cost from the final value to get net profit, divide by the initial cost, and multiply by 100. For annualized ROI, take the ratio of final to initial value, raise it to the power of (1 / years), and subtract 1.
